Do I need permission to use Daily Journal content?
Yes. All use of Daily Journal content (text, photographs, graphics, etc.) requires the permission of The Daily Journal.
Please be advised that when articles or photographs are credited to a source other than The Daily Journal (such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Times of London, Miami Herald, Baltimore Sun, Boston Globe, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, The Associated Press, Reuters, Bloomberg, or EFE), it is most likely that the credited source holds rights in the material. Please contact that party directly.
Corporate photocopying permission and the use of Daily Journal content in academic coursepacks or for classroom distribution is handled by the Copyright Clearance Center (www.copyright.com).
